The statement of " Item(s) returned in same condition sold " refers
to the overall condition as well as shipping container(s) or packaging required.
If damage occures during shipping, all Item(s) are insured and must
be insured for the return shipping. Please contact us by e-mail or phone if this occures.
Basic handling or use of Item(s) is understood and covered,
but mishandling, exessive temperature(s), fire, flood, war or acts of God are not covered!
Return(s) by rejection of or displeasure in finised product(s)

of set(s) or Diorama(s) is subject to a 20% restocking charge.
All other Item(s) are not subject to this charge.
The choice of Repair, Replacement or Refund, applies to
all Item(s) produced by or painted by the Ace's DugoutÔ family of companies.
All Item(s) ordered over $60. will require a 20% downpayment, all
overseas order(s) will require 20% Downpayment of Item(s) over $40.
All prices are in US dollars, and all funds should be remitted as
USD
or US Money Order or Cashier Check. Personal Check(s) will require
5 to 7 days to clear. NSF returns will be charged a $15. handling fee and will require the sender to pay for any other orders
with a Cashier Check or Money Order.
